Serving as Program Manager, Sebastian coordinates and manages the virtual and in-person programs and events at Sister Cities International.
Sebastian is a recent graduate from the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, where he received his undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations with Honours (B.A). Having lived abroad in Azerbaijan and Ukraine inspired his passion for international affairs and diplomacy. In high school, Sebastian served as an Honorary Delegate at the 2017 Yale Model Government Europe Conference in Budapest, Hungary.
His experience with diplomacy includes his time as an intern at the US Embassy in Kyiv. Here, he worked alongside USAID to support program coordination strategy, ensure regional security, and monitor outreach development, among other missions.
Sebastian is passionate about sports- on the track he competed in pole vault and sprint relays. Off the track he enjoys drawing, soccer, and studying Russian and Bulgarian.
