Ms. Ueberle is the Founder and CEO of Global Interactions, a non-profit organization, and the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW).

Founded in 2009 the World Academy for the Future of Women is an action leadership program on university campuses in China, Nepal, and Bangladesh. The purpose is to advance and to accelerate women’s leadership worldwide. This bold and daring program has grown from a one- year program to a four-year multi-level program, including a Men’s Academy for the Future of Women, an Annual Women’s Symposium and an Alumni group of more than 1200 members.

The World Academy empowers women through the discovery of their passion, purpose and path to success utilizing a facilitated curriculum engaging members in seminars for content, labs to take the content to action, coaching to clarify and implement the skills, and a member designed project, based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The WAFW prepares members for campus, community, country, and global leadership and is a supply chain for business, education, community, and innovative organizations seeking leaders with a commitment to achieve social justice, gender equality and human dignity for all.

Founded in 2005, Global Interactions was designed to connect international counterparts and expedite the sharing of research, technologies and best practices building global partnerships. Study programs and international conferences were developed engaging professional organizations as organizers and designers of the events focusing on key issues from their field. More than 80 international programs were designed and executed in China between 1985 and 2010.
